The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message so Sifiso Ngwenya can respond to your enquiry, discuss a project or provide a requested service. Providing these details is voluntary; without contact details it may not be possible to reply. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information through this form.
Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and browser signals to operate the website, prevent spam and investigate abuse. The website uses essential administrator sign-in cookies and stores your colour-theme preference in your browser.
InterServer hosts the website. Cloudflare provides DNS, traffic protection, administrator access checks and contact-form verification. Encrypted recovery backups are stored in Google Drive when off-site backup is configured. These providers may process information outside South Africa. Choosing a WhatsApp or email link opens an external service governed by its own privacy practices. A WhatsApp message is sent only after you confirm it in WhatsApp.
Enquiries are kept for replying and managing the resulting work. Closed enquiries should be reviewed after 180 days and removed when no longer needed, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Backup copies may remain until their scheduled retention expires, for up to three monthly backup periods. Administrator access is restricted and recovery backups are encrypted before off-site transfer.
